Nextgenman exclusively serves customers within the United States (USA) to maintain premium service quality for our outdoor equipment collections. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Orders placed with unsupported or incomplete delivery addresses may be delayed, canceled, or refunded if shipment cannot be completed.
2. Order Processing & Handling Time
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) from Monday to Friday begin processing the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cut-off time begin processing on the next business day.
• Standard processing time is 1 – 2 business days.
• Processing includes order review, payment confirmation, product inspection, packing, and preparation for carrier pickup.
3. Quality Control & Handling
• Every camping chair, tent, sleeping bag, fishing float, and related outdoor item undergoes a careful inspection before leaving our facility.
• We check product condition, packaging quality, and order details before shipment.
• Our goal is to ensure that your outdoor essentials are packed securely and prepared for safe delivery.
• Tracking numbers are sent via email immediately upon dispatch or once carrier tracking becomes available.
4. Shipping Cost
Nextgenman charges a standard flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 per order. This shipping fee is shown during checkout before payment is completed. We use a flat-rate structure to keep shipping costs simple, transparent, and easy for customers to understand before placing an order.
5. Delivery Timeframe
After the order has been processed and handed to the carrier, the estimated transit time is 3 – 7 business days. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery timeframe is usually 4 – 9 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, as final delivery timing depends on the carrier, route, weather, address accuracy, and seasonal shipping volume.
6. Delivery Services & Tracking
We work with reliable delivery services to ship customer orders. Depending on package size, destination, carrier availability, and delivery route, your order may be delivered by major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other available delivery partners.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Please note that tracking may take some time to update after the shipping label is created. In many cases, the first tracking update appears after the carrier scans the package at a sorting or transit facility.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. This includes the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, city, state, ZIP code, and active email address.

Nextgenman is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address information.
8. Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages
A package may be marked as delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, porch, front door, garage, parcel locker, reception desk, mailroom, or other safe delivery areas. You may also ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact the carrier first for delivery confirmation, then contact us with your order number and tracking number. We will review the available information and assist with the next steps where possible.
9. Delayed Deliveries
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier routing issues, transportation disruptions, holidays, high package volume, incorrect address information, or circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@nextgenman.shop. Include your order number and tracking number so we can review your shipment status.
10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

Customers purchasing outdoor gear for a trip, holiday, camping plan, fishing day, or gift occasion are encouraged to place orders early to allow enough time for delivery.
11. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the product and packaging until the issue has been reviewed. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer package, shipping label, damaged area, and packing materials.
Photos help us review the condition of the shipment and determine the appropriate solution. Please do not discard the packaging before contacting support.
