We strive to display the colors and details of our outdoor gear (Camping Chairs, Tents, Sleeping Bags, and Fishing Floats) accurately. However, actual colors and textures may vary based on your monitor settings. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Nextgenman ships exclusively within the United States. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL). We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, gear designs, and images—is the exclusive property of Nextgenman and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any disputes arising from this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alaska.
