1. Our Intellectual Property
All original content created by or for Nextgenman is our exclusive property, including:
• Trademarks: The Nextgenman name, logo, taglines, and brand identity.
• Copyrighted Content: All outdoor gear photography (Tents, Camping Chairs, Sleeping Bags, Fishing Floats), detailed product descriptions, and custom website graphics.
• Marketing Materials: Original social media content, email designs, and adventure-themed advertising copy.
2. Respecting Third-Party Rights
We are committed to respecting the IP rights of others. We do not knowingly use or distribute content that infringes upon the trademarks, copyrights, or patents of third parties. If you believe any content on our site infringes your rights, please follow the submission process below.
3. How to Submit an IP Claim
Send a written claim to support@nextgenman.shop with the subject: IP Infringement Claim – [Your Name / Brand]. Your claim must include:
• Identification of the IP you own (Trademark/Copyright/Patent).
• Specific URL(s) on our site where the infringing material appears.
• Your legal name, mailing address, telephone, and email.
• A “Good Faith” statement that the use is not authorized by the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Process & Legal Notice
We will confirm receipt within 2–3 business days. If a claim is found valid after internal review, we will promptly remove or modify the content within 7–10 business days.
Warning: Submitting a false IP claim is a serious legal matter. Under U.S. law, you may be liable for damages and legal fees if you knowingly misrepresent infringement.
