1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your outdoor equipment must meet the following criteria:
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, clean, and free from outdoor debris, including dirt, grass, sand, smoke odor, pet hair, stains, or moisture.
• Tents and sleeping bags must be folded correctly and placed in their original carry bags with all stakes, poles, cords, straps, and accessories included.
• Camping chairs, fishing floats, and other outdoor items must be returned with all original parts, manuals, tags, labels, and packaging when applicable.
• Items must not be damaged due to misuse, improper storage, outdoor exposure after delivery, accidental breakage, or customer handling.
• All original Nextgenman tags and instruction manuals must be intact when included with the product.
2. Non-Returnable or Limited Return Situations
Some items or situations may not qualify for return. Nextgenman reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our return requirements.
• Items returned after the 30-day return window may not be accepted.
• Used outdoor gear with dirt, moisture, odor, stains, sand, grass, or visible wear may not qualify for refund.
• Items missing original parts, accessories, carry bags, poles, stakes, straps, manuals, or packaging may be refused or partially refunded.
• Items damaged after delivery due to improper use, outdoor exposure, poor storage, or customer handling may not qualify.
• Returns sent without contacting our support team first may be delayed, refused, or difficult to identify.

If the return is caused by a confirmed Nextgenman error, damaged shipment, defective item, or incorrect item sent, we will help with the return shipping process. If the return is due to customer preference, wrong item selection, wrong size, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. How to Start a Return
Please email support@nextgenman.shop with your Order ID and photos of the item showing its current condition. Once authorized, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Please include the following details in your return request:
• Order number or Order ID.
• Full name used at checkout.
• Email address used for the order.
• Product name and reason for return.
• Clear photos of the item, packaging, labels, accessories, and any damaged or defective area if applicable.

Note: Please do not send items back to the origin address without prior approval. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
5. Return Authorization & Instructions
After we receive your request, our support team will review the order details, delivery date, return reason, and item condition. If the return appears eligible, we will send return instructions by email.

Customers must follow the provided return instructions carefully. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products. Nextgenman is not responsible for returned packages that are lost before they are delivered to the approved return destination.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your gear, usually within 2 business days, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

*Note: Original shipping fees ($6.99) are non-refundable.

After we submit the approved refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account. This posting time is controlled by the financial institution or payment provider and may vary.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Do not discard the product or packaging before the issue is reviewed.

Please send clear photos of:
• The item received.
• The damaged, defective, or incorrect area.
• The outer shipping package.
• The shipping label.
• Any missing or damaged accessories, poles, stakes, straps, carry bags, or manuals.

After review, we may offer a replacement, return label, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
8. Exchanges
Exchange availability may depend on product availability, item condition, and the timing of the request. If you need a different product, size, style, or item option, please contact us within the 30-day return window.

In some cases, the fastest solution may be to return the original item under this policy and place a new order for the item you want. Our support team will guide you based on the product and order details.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved and processed but you have not received the funds, please first check your bank account or payment account again. Then contact your card issuer, bank, PayPal, or payment provider, as posting times may vary.

10. Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nextgenman.shop. Cancellation may be possible only if the order has not entered preparation, packing, or shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After delivery, you may request a return within 30 days if the item meets the return eligibility requirements in this policy.
