1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your outdoor equipment must meet the following criteria:
• Items must be unused, clean, and free from outdoor debris (dirt, grass, sand, or moisture).
• Tents and sleeping bags must be folded correctly and placed in their original carry bags with all stakes, poles, and accessories included.
• All original Nextgenman tags and instruction manuals must be intact.

3. How to Start a Return
Please email support@nextgenman.shop with your Order ID and photos of the item (showing its current condition). Once authorized, we will provide the return address and instructions.
