Welcome to NextGenMan. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, purchases of athletic apparel and equipment, and bookings of private personal training sessions across our studio locations.

By accessing our platform or enrolling in a Drop Club membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Please review the following binding rules and standards:

1. 01.Eligibility & Member AccountsYou must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental consent to register for an account or book private training sessions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. 02.Product Purchases & AvailabilityAll orders for apparel, equipment, and accessories placed on our platform are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities and correct any typographical pricing errors.
3. 03.Studio Reservations & Cancellation PolicyPersonal training appointments and private studio sessions require advance booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled session time will be forfeited and billed in full.
4. 04.Physical Activity Readiness & Assumption of RiskPhysical exercise involves inherent risk of injury. Before participating in NextGenMan training or utilizing Drop equipment, you warrant that you are physically fit and have consulted a medical professional if appropriate.
5. 05.Intellectual Property RightsThe NextGenMan name, logo, apparel designs, studio media, and website interfaces are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. 06.Club Code of ConductNextGenMan fosters an inclusive, focused, and respectful training environment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership privileges for any harassment, equipment abuse, or unsafe behavior.
7. 07.Modifications & InquiriesWe may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our facilities or digital platforms constitutes agreement to revised terms. Contact support at [email protected].
